ONBOARDING · ENTERPRISE PLAN

Onboarding for Enterprise.
Here's what to expect.

Enterprise onboarding is fully custom. Together we plan the rollout across your teams, set up governance and integrations, and train every team, with a dedicated onboarding lead and priority support.

WHAT'S IN THE ENTERPRISE ONBOARDING

The Enterprise onboarding.
Setup, training and guidance.

This is exactly what we do together in the Enterprise onboarding, from the first workspace to your team working on their own.

  • SETUP

We set up Growf for your agency

Everything your team needs is in place before the first training session.
    • Dedicated onboarding and rollout plan
    • Multi-team, multi-label & governance setup
    • Custom playbooks and templates
  • TRAINING

We train your team on real work

Live sessions with your onboarding specialist, using your own clients and briefs.
    • Live kick-off with every team
    • Training program tailored to each role
    • Q&A and refresher sessions during rollout
  • GUIDANCE

We stay close until it runs on its own

Support and check-ins while your team makes Growf part of the daily routine.
    • Dedicated onboarding lead
    • Rollout guidance across all teams
    • Priority support

Need more than the Enterprise onboarding?

Every onboarding can be extended with extra training sessions or guidance weeks. Ask your onboarding specialist what fits your team.

THE ENTERPRISE ONBOARDING TIMELINE

Your rollout.
At your pace.

Your onboarding specialist keeps the pace. You keep working as usual.

  • PHASE 1

    Discovery & plan

We map your teams, labels, systems and requirements and agree on a rollout plan.
  • PHASE 2

    Setup & governance

Workspaces, permissions, SSO and custom integrations are set up per team.
  • PHASE 3

    Rollout per team

Every team gets its own kick-off, training and first on-brand work in Growf.
  • ONGOING

    PRIORITY

    Priority support

A dedicated onboarding lead stays with you during the rollout and after go-live.

Enterprise onboarding is planned together with your team. No fixed timeline.

YOUR PART

What we need from you.
It’s less than you think.

A clear plan only works when both sides know their part. This is yours. Everything else is on us.

  • TIME

    2–3 hours a week

One 45-minute call with your specialist each week. The rest is async and fits around your normal client work.
  • PEOPLE

    One decision-maker + team

Someone who can approve the goals at kickoff, and the people who will use Growf day to day.
  • MATERIALS

    Your brand & client basics

Brand assets, tone of voice, client information and access to the tools you already use. We’ll send a checklist before kickoff.

Same rhythm for teams of 3 or 30. We scale the depth, not the pace.

AFTER GO-LIVE

Go-live isn’t goodbye.

Onboarding ends. The relationship doesn’t. Here’s exactly who and what you can count on afterwards.

  • A NAMED CONTACT

    A personal CS handover

Your specialist introduces you personally to your customer success manager, someone who already knows your goals and setup. No ticket queue, no starting over.
  • SELF-SERVE ANSWERS

    Help center & community

Step-by-step guides, ready-made templates and a community of agencies using Growf. Most questions are answered before you need to ask them.
  • KEEP IMPROVING

    Quarterly reviews of your setup

Every quarter we look at usage and results together, and tune your workspace, automations and goals for whatever comes next.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions we hear
before every kickoff.

Can’t find yours? Ask your onboarding specialist, or send us a message before you sign anything.

Nothing breaks. Your specialist reshuffles the plan in the next weekly call. The four-week rhythm is a guide, not a deadline. Client work always comes first.
