Quickstart

Growf is an AI operating system for agencies that connects strategy, content, agents and client feedback in one workspace so your team works faster with more consistent output. You can be up and running in about ten minutes.

1. Create your workspace. Sign in with your work email and name your agency workspace. This becomes the home for every client, brief and asset.
2. Invite your team. Add colleagues by email and assign them a role: Owner, Strategist, Creator or Viewer.
3. Connect a client. Add your first client, drop in their brand context, and Growf builds a working profile its agents can reason against.
4. Run your first brief. Paste a client brief and let Growf turn it into a structured strategy you can refine, not just fill in.

Workspaces & teams

A workspace is the top-level container for your agency. Inside it you organise clients, and inside each client you manage briefs, strategies, content and reporting.

Roles & permissions

• Owner: full access, including billing, integrations and member management.
• Strategist: can create and edit strategies, briefs and agent workflows.
• Creator: can produce and edit content within assigned clients.
• Viewer: read-only access, ideal for clients and stakeholders.

Change a member’s role any time under Settings → Team. Permissions apply per workspace, so a person can be a Strategist on one and a Viewer on another.

Strategy & briefs

Most teams spend more time filling in frameworks than actually thinking. Growf flips that. Paste a brief, and the strategy agent drafts positioning, audience and channel logic that you sharpen, turning hours of framework-filling into minutes of real strategic work.

From brief to strategy

• Upload or paste the client brief in any format, such as email, deck notes, or a Word doc.
• Growf extracts goals, constraints and audience signals automatically.
• Review the generated strategy, leave inline feedback, and lock the version your team works from.

Every strategy keeps a full version history, so you can always see how thinking evolved and why.

Working with agents

Agents are specialised assistants that carry your strategy into execution. They share the same client context, so output stays consistent across every channel.

Built-in agents

• Strategy agent: turns briefs into structured, defensible strategy.
• Content agent: drafts on-brand copy for campaigns, social and long-form.
• Reporting agent: translates campaign data into client-ready narratives.

You can guide any agent with custom instructions and brand rules. Agents never publish without a human in the loop. They propose, you approve.

Connecting tools

Growf connects to the tools your agency already uses, so context flows in and approved work flows out. Connect an integration once under Settings → Integrations and it’s available across every client in the workspace.

Popular connections include content calendars, analytics platforms, cloud storage and social schedulers. For anything custom, build directly against the Growf API.

Client reporting

Proving ROI shouldn’t eat half your account managers’ week. Growf’s reporting agent pulls campaign data and writes a clear, narrative report your clients actually understand, ready to review, brand and send.
