Reading a Synergist job

Full record for one job: description, client, contact, handler and team, project, campaign, job type, currency, quoted price, tax code, sales/opportunity fields, stage notes and the installation's custom fields. Pass the job number from the jobs list.

Reading Synergist job financials

Cost, charge, estimate, baseline, invoiced, quoted and margin totals for one job, split by time, materials and purchase orders, with percentage-of-estimate ratios. Use for profitability, over-estimate and 'how much have we billed' questions. Percentages are raw floats and can exceed 100; money can be negative.

Listing Synergist job dates

Key dates per job: created, in, due, estimate revision, final invoice, completed, last update and the lead lifecycle dates. Use for overdue and completed-in-a-period questions. An empty date comes back as 0000-00-00, which means 'not set'.

Listing Synergist job costs

Individual cost and charge transactions booked to one job: charge code, resource, date, quantity, cost rate, charge rate and recommended charge, in normal and two overtime bands plus buy and sell currency. Answers 'who worked on this job and at what rate'. The unit of costQuantity is not documented; report it as a quantity, not as hours.
