Jotform Sign integration

Create Submission

Create an ordinary Jotform submission from simple question-ID answers. This does not send, prefill, or sign a Jotform Sign document. WARNING: every successful call permanently consumes one monthly submission unit; deleting the submission does not restore that quota.

Delete Form Webhook

Delete one general Jotform form webhook registration by its object-key webhook ID and return the registrations that remain.

Delete Submission

Delete one ordinary Jotform submission by ID. The deletion removes API readability but does not restore the monthly submission quota consumed when the submission was created.

Get Form Schema

Inspect a form's metadata, properties, and question definitions so an agent can understand its fields. Provider values are returned without claiming the form is a Jotform Sign asset.

Get Submission

Return one ordinary Jotform submission by ID with its question-ID-keyed answers and workflow status when present. This does not download a signed document.

List Form Files

List uploaded-file metadata associated with a Jotform form. This does not convert a submission to PDF or download a completed signed document.

List Forms

Return one page of forms visible to the connected Jotform account for ID discovery; results may include soft-deleted forms and are not classified as Jotform Sign assets.

List Form Webhooks

List webhook registrations for one Jotform form as webhook IDs and callback URLs. These are general form webhooks, not a dedicated Jotform Sign event API.

List Submissions

Return one page of ordinary Jotform submissions across the account or for one form, including answer maps and workflow status when present. This does not represent Sign Inbox or signer status.

Register Form Webhook

Register an HTTPS callback URL to receive general Jotform form-submission notifications; this does not configure or guarantee a dedicated Jotform Sign event stream.
