About Growf

Growf is building the AI Operating System for agencies. The platform brings strategy, execution and client context together in one place.

We help agencies work smarter, make better decisions and grow without adding headcount.

Your mission

Shape how Growf is seen, understood and chosen.

Build Growf’s positioning, brand and commercial marketing engine. Define the strategy and personally execute key work in the early stage.

Work directly with the founders, customers and partners. Turn market insight into stronger marketing, pipeline and growth.

  • 001

    Market position and brand

Define positioning, category and messaging. Own the narrative, tone of voice, customer stories and thought leadership.
  • 002

    Pipeline and growth

Generate qualified pipeline through content, campaigns, partnerships, events and product marketing. Measure commercial impact.
  • 003

    Public face of Growf

Build visibility through LinkedIn, video, podcasts and events. Develop and share a clear point of view on AI and agency growth.
  • 004

    Team and operations

Own the plan, budget, tooling and partners. Build reporting, decide what stays in-house and grow the team when ready.

First year

What success looks like.

The role starts hands-on. First create clarity, then build a repeatable engine.

Predictable content and campaign rhythm, measurable pipeline contribution and a working reporting line.
  • 03 / Scale

    6–12 months

    Scale what works.

A proven playbook, a growing category presence and the first hires or partners to extend the team.
