Open Adoption
Choose Adoption. The header counts Active workspaces and the adoption rate. Status uses the last four weeks: Active (member, a real product action, and a recent visit), Starting (joined, no real action yet), Lapsed (had actions, no visit in four weeks), and Not activated (no active members). Hover a status name for that definition.

Open Activation
Scroll to Activation. The funnel is Invited, Logged in, First action, then Weekly active. A workspace is Active only when someone is a member, someone finished a meaningful action, and someone visited in the last four weeks. Starting means they got in but have not done that action.

Open a workspace on Adoption by workspace
Scroll to Adoption by workspace and open a card. You see who is weekly active, silent, or not activated, plus AI credits and used features per person. Workspace onboarding above this list shows Strategy, Integrations, Documents, Content, and Agents. Activation is the funnel from Invited to Weekly active. Usage x adoption plots high spend with low adoption in the risk corner.

FAQ
The page says No workspaces to measure yet.+
Create or import a client workspace first. Adoption needs at least one agency or client workspace on this agency.
Why does Team say Never active when Adoption says Active?+
Team status is last AI action. Adoption uses visits and product work (including work that is not AI). A person can visit and publish without spending credits.
What does Weekly active mean on Activation?+
Someone visited the workspace in each of the last four weeks. It can be a different person each week. The first three funnel steps (Invited, Logged in, First action) count all time.
What should I do with a workspace in the risk corner?+
High credits and adoption under 50% means spend without a broad habit. Open that workspace on Adoption by workspace, see who is silent, and finish the empty onboarding parts. Caps on Usage limit spend while you fix that.
