Monitor agency AI usage

See shared-pool credit spend this billing month, the forecast, and which workspaces and people drive it.

3 steps · About 3 minutes

1

Open Usage

Choose Usage in the agency cockpit. Credits consumed per workspace against the shared agency pool this billing month is the job of this page. The top chart is Forecast: consumed so far, expected pace, and the pool limit when one exists. Usage alerts opens pool and workspace email thresholds. A workspace with no pool limit shows No pool limit configured and still tracks pace.

2

Sort the workspace list

Workspaces default to Most credits. Open Sort by to switch to least credits, share of the pool, credits per user, credits per task, name, Acceleration, or Deceleration. Use Acceleration when you want the workspace that sped up versus last period.

3

Open a workspace row

Choose a workspace card. Agency or Client is on the badge. The open panel shows What drives usage (heavy research, standard, light, custom agents, web searches) and Usage by user. System is background work such as onboarding and scheduled jobs. It is not an active user. Set cap, Usage alert, and Chargeback (clients only) sit at the bottom of this panel.

FAQ

Who can open Usage?+

The same people who can open the agency cockpit: the agency owner or an agency admin. There is no separate Usage permission.

Why does the forecast say it needs recent usage?+

Growf needs three finished days in the last 30 days to draw the expected range. The chart still shows credits already used. If the pool has no monthly limit, there is no limit line to forecast against.

What is System on Usage by user?+

System is AI from automatic jobs, not a person. Those credits count toward the pool and the workspace, but not toward Active users.

How do I stop one client from using the whole pool?+

Open the client row and set a workspace cap. Then add a Usage alert on that cap, or Chargeback if you invoice them outside Growf. See Set workspace credit caps, Configure agency usage alerts, and Configure agency chargeback.
