Invite and manage workspace members
Invite people by email, choose Admin or Client, and review pending or active members.

Open Members
In Settings, choose Members. The table lists people in this workspace and invites that are still open. Columns are status, type (Member or Partner), and role. Search, type, and sort sit above the table. A pending invite uses the email as the name until they accept.
Open Invite Member
Choose New Member (you need permission to invite). Invite Member asks for Email. Growf checks the address after you type it. Already a member, already invited, or previously removed each shows a note. Invite sends an email with a link. They join when they accept. See Accept a workspace invite.
Choose Admin or Client
Leave Make this member a client off to invite them as Admin. Turn it on for Client: limited access. The form does not offer Strategist or Creator here. Type an email Growf can check. Do not choose Invite unless you mean to send the email.
Open a member or invite
Choose a name or the view control. The dialog shows email, status, created date, role, type, and last login. Invitation pending means they have not used the email link yet. If an invite exists for an email that is already a member, the list shows the invite row instead of the member row until the invite is used or dropped.
FAQ
I do not see New Member.+
You need permission to invite members. You can still open Members if you can read the list. Ask an admin to invite someone.
When should I turn on Make this member a client?+
Turn it on for a client contact who should see less of the workspace. Leave it off for an Admin. Strategist and Creator are not set on this form.
The person is still Pending.+
They must open the link in the invite email. The link lasts 7 days. See Accept a workspace invite. If they were removed before, Growf re-invites them when you send again.
What does Partner mean?+
Partner is someone whose home workspace is another workspace (often the agency). Member is someone invited to this workspace. Pending invites always count as Member.
