Delete a buyer persona
Remove a persona you no longer need. List trash appears on drafts; the overview also has Delete.

Open Personas
Open Personas. You need persona delete. Find a draft such as KB Delete Persona. New rows do not show trash on the list. Published rows also hide list trash. The overview always has Delete when you have that permission.
Open Delete on the draft row
Hover the draft row and choose Delete draft persona. Delete Persona asks if you are sure. If you do not see the control, you lack delete permission or the row is not Draft.
Delete from the overview
Published rows hide list trash. Open the persona, then choose Delete. Delete Persona asks if you are sure. This cannot be undone. Cancel closes the dialog and keeps the persona. Do not confirm during capture so the seeded persona stays for the next run.
FAQ
Why is there no trash on a New or Published row?+
The list only shows Delete on Draft rows. New is still setup u2014 open Configure, or wait until it is a draft. For a published persona, open the overview and use Delete there.
I hover a draft and see no Delete draft persona.+
That control needs persona delete. Ask an admin. Create a buyer persona if you need a row you are allowed to remove.
Can I restore a deleted persona?+
No. Delete is permanent from the list. Create the persona again if you still need the role.
