Your mission
Shape how Growf builds, ships and scales.
Own product engineering from architecture to delivery. Define the technical strategy and personally write the critical work in the early stage.
Work directly with the founders, customers and marketing. Turn agency problems into a platform agencies can run on.

Who you are
Hands-on builder. Technical judgment.
You combine architecture with shipping and treat product quality as a commercial outcome.
Core signals
- You have led engineering at a B2B SaaS, AI or technology company.
- You have built a product, platform or engineering function before.
- You translate strategy into architecture, delivery and measurable results.
- You have shipped software that customers run their work on.
Bonus signals
You understand AI systems, data models and product-led delivery.
You communicate technical decisions clearly to founders and customers.
You work with modern web stacks, cloud infrastructure and AI tools. Agency experience is a plus.
