Ask the chat for a content plan, check its weeks and posts, create the project and work in its calendar.

A content calendar is a project with posts spread over weeks and channels. You plan it with the chat in Content mode: you describe what you need, the chat proposes a plan, and nothing is created until you click Create. You need permission to create and edit content and to write in the chat; Admin, Strategist and Creator have these by default.

4 steps · About 3 minutes

1

## Ask the chat for a content calendar

Open Content mode. On the Content projects overview, Show conversation above the prompt unfolds the chat; it also opens by itself as soon as you send something. Click Content calendar under the prompt, or type what you need in your own words, for example four weeks of LinkedIn posts for a launch. The chip sends its request at once, and the chat first asks about the theme, the audience, the goal and the channels. Answer in the chat; once it knows enough, it proposes a plan.

## Check the Content plan

The chat answers with a Content plan card: the period, the Weeks with their goals, the Lanes with the number of posts per channel and every item per week. Click the cross next to an item, or Remove all next to a week, to leave it out; click it again, or Restore all, to put it back. Under Before you create this, the card names what still needs attention, here that no profile is set. Discard asks what should change, so the chat can propose a better plan. Full screen in the chat window gives the card more room.

## Create the project and work in its calendar

Click Create. The card then reads Project created with 6 items, and the project opens in the canvas as a calendar, with every post as a draft on its day. Weeks shows each week of the plan with its goal, its posts and how many are not scheduled yet; Month, 3 months and Year give a wider view. Drag a post to another day to move it, or point at a day and click + to add a post there. A week without posts offers Fill week, which asks the chat for a mix of posts for that week. Posts without a day wait under Without a date, below the calendar.

## Select posts and act on them

Click Select under the prompt and then the posts you want, or use Select week in the week column. The bar above the prompt shows how many posts are selected, with Share for feedback, Schedule and Open; Clear empties the selection. Ask the chat about the selected posts, or pick Align the tone or Avoid repetition. Schedule schedules every selected post that is ready and says how many it skipped and why. Here it is grey, because these posts have no profile yet: open a post and choose one under Posting as.

## FAQ

Why did the project open in another conversation?+

Every project has its own conversation. When you ask for a plan in a chat that already holds a project, Create puts the new project in a new conversation and opens it right away. The card in the first chat says The project opened in its own conversation, and Open content canvas on it takes you back to the project. To keep plan and project together, start with New project, pick Content calendar and ask for the plan in the chat that opens.

Why are some texts still being written?+

Social posts come with their text in the plan. Articles, emails, chapters and web pages get their text after you click Create, written in the background; the card says how many long-form bodies are being written. Until a text is there, its title stays grey in the calendar, the preview says Being written… and the open item says The AI is writing this text… You can keep working in the meantime.

Can I change the plan after Create?+

Yes. Ask the chat inside the project, for example to move posts to next week, change the goal of a week or add posts to a quiet week. It makes the change straight away, and its card says what it did, such as Moved 2 items or Updated the plan. Moving a post only changes its date: a draft stays a draft. You can also drag posts to another day yourself.

Does the plan take moments and themes into account?+

Yes, when the chat can see them. Inside a project, and on the calendar of every project, Growf AI knows the moments you switched on and the themes in that period, and plans posts for them. On the plain Content projects overview it does not, so start from New project and Content calendar, or from Calendar in the sidebar. \*\*Set the key moments in the calendar\*\* and \*\*Set a theme in the calendar\*\* explain how to add them.
