Billing

This article explains how Growf handles billing, including payment methods, subscription plans, and frequently asked questions.

1. Billing overview

  • Subscriptions: Growf offers Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans, billed monthly or annually.
  • Annual Billing: Provides a discount compared to monthly billing and requires a 12-month contract.
  • Currency: All payments are processed in EUR, excluding VAT, unless a valid VAT number has not been provided.

2. Payment methods

  • Accepted payments: You can pay using iDEAL or credit card.
  • Payments are securely processed, and invoices are available for download in your account settings.

3. Updating payment details

  • Navigate to User settings > Billing.
  • Click Update payment method to add or change your payment details.

4. Managing subscriptions

  • Upgrading plans: Upgrade at any time from the Billing section of your account. Changes take effect immediately.
  • Canceling a subscription:
    1. Go to User settings > Billing.
    2. Select Cancel subscription and confirm.
    • Note: Yearly contracts automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the 12-month term.

5. Invoicing

  • Accessing invoices: Find your past and current invoices in the Billing section.
  • Contact for invoicing support: If you need help, reach out to support via Growf Support.

6. Frequently asked questions

Q: Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
A: Yes, you can change your billing preference from monthly to annual in your account settings. Annual to monthly is not possible.

Q: What happens if my payment fails?
A: You’ll receive an email notification. Update your payment method to avoid interruptions.

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Refunds are not available for completed billing periods. Please review our Terms of Service for details.
